A fast-scaling eCommerce brand needed support to clarify their target audience, in order to improve alignment and consistency across product, marketing and customer facing teams.
This involved workshops with the CEO/Founder, leadership, product, designers and customer service analysts to: create and iterate a detailed set of data-led customer personas - to implement day-to-day in design, development and testing.
